Booking Policy

We take a deposit to book your lesson, boat, tour or transporation. The remaining balance of your booking must be paid upon arrival.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Please contact us in advance to reschedule or cancel your booking without penalty.

Tours (not applied on private charter boat) : 

Services canceled 0-48 hours before start time of tour: 100% Penalty
Services canceled 48 hours or more before start time of tour: No Penalty

Private Charter Boat : 

Services canceled 48h before start time of tour: 100% Penalty
Services canceled 2 weeks up too 48h before start time of tour: 20% Penalty
Services canceled 2 weeks or more before start time of tour: No Penalty

Cancellation Policy for Groups 10+ People

Services canceled 0-48 hours before start time of tour: 100% Penalty
Services canceled 2-7 days before start time of tour: 50% penalty
Services canceled 7 days or more before start time of tour: No Penalty
